Scent Descriptions
Current processing time is 3 - 5 days. The processing of your order begins when I receive payment and ends when your order is shipped. All orders are processed and shipped no later than 7 days from the day I receive payment unless you pay by personal check. Orders paid for by personal check will not be processed until payment has cleared, this normally takes 7 - 10 days.
All orders are shipped USPS unless prior arrangements are made to use an alternate carrier. The shopping cart does not allow me to offer insurance so if you would like your purchase insured you will need to email me with your order so that I can manually send you an invoice that includes the cost to insure your package.
If you require a rush order please contact me before ordering so that we can come to an agreement beforehand. I may or may not be able to accommodate rush orders at any given time so it is very important that we correspond first.
Summer Shipping Schedule
I ship 6 days a week during the cooler months but, due to the nature of the products I sell, I have to alter my shipping schedule to accomodate the hot summer heat. I only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays during the summer months to cut down on the chance of packages being left in hot trucks or warehouses over the weekend. If you live in a neighboring state I will ship as late as Wednesday but only if I'm certain your package will arrive before the weekend. Thank you for understanding.
Local Pickup
This option is available under certain conditions. Since this is a home based business I cannot have customers just showing up. Anyone wanting to pick up their order will have to work with me to arrange a satisfactory day and time.
I can also make deliveries to a few local small businesses, for a list please email me using the contact form. If you request delivery, payment must be made in advance since I will not be at the location to receive your payment.
International Shipping
At this time the only destination outside of the US that I ship to is Canada. The only shipping option for orders shipping to Canada is USPS International Flat Rate. Be advised that I will not falsify customs forms, all shipments will be declared as actual content value.
